"I booked a family meal after years of being apart. There was our table of 7 and a table of 2 present while we were waiting for our food. It took nearly an hour to start bringing it out. My chicken was inedible with uncooked Cajun spice thrown on top. My children's meals were awful with hard and cold mashed potatoes. The gravy eventually came out for them once they had finished their sausages. The mashed potatoes were not eaten by either of them. We also ordered nachos which took another 20 minutes to come out. The lasagnas we ordered were priced at £14 each, but one only consisted of sauce and pasta, with no meat at all. When we complained, we were told by the staff that the owner over the phone did not see anything wrong and would only comp the chicken meal. The food was not worth the prices we were charged. The wait staff informed us that the chef had takeaway orders that caused our delay. We will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. This experience was highly disappointing, with 6 out of the 7 of us not eating but still being charged."

Outstanding food and service, booked a table of 13 on a Saturday morning for Saturday night and no problems at all, food was delicious and bang on time we even over stayed our welcome with no moaning from the staff! Brilliant place

Had a lovely meal with family great menu choices, lovely seafood specials. I had mussels to start and then the seafood medley it was lovely! The burgers looked amazing and all very well presented. We had a lovely evening and will be back!

It was easy booking a table through this page. Got a very warm welcome, extremely pleasant staff and good service. The food and drink was great, best Beef Lasagne I've had out in a long time. The view from our table was nice too. Definitely would go back again. x Voir le carte

First time at The Lounge today and all I can say is......WOW. Great location, lovely warm atmosphere inside and then there's the food..... I had The Lounge Burger and my Wife had fish and chips. Both meals were amazing. Overall, great value for money and would 100% recommend!

7 of us went out last night to eat to celebrate my mother's birthday, we couldn't find a better place. the personal was amazing. of decorations and balloons on the table to serve the food and drinks. they were so friendly and made us feel like we've known them for years. we really had the best night and eating was brilliant, we couldn't ask for a better meal. will definitely pay another visit soon
