"We traveled down from Manchester to take our family out for a Christmas dinner and chose The Seal since it was conveniently located for our mother. All I can say is wow! The staff were incredible and incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. We ordered from the Christmas menu, and I must say the food was absolutely fantastic. Everything we requested was served at the right time, piping hot, and cooked to perfection without feeling rushed at any point. Had a superb meal. The food quality was excellent, not too expensive. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only down side is on a busy Saturday night there is not enough parking Hotel highlights: Great value

I had a fantastic starter and main course for my wife’s birthday. I had originally planned to book another restaurant, but I’m so glad I ended up here instead. Everything happens for a reason! The staff, especially the ladies working there, were incredible. I couldn’t fault anything about the evening—both the food and the service deserve a perfect score of 10/10!
