Brilliant staff great food, cannot say enough, 6stars. New staff and Rob is a great host.. Not been there for a while but will return soon. Hope this puts people on the right track.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and was served by Danie, who was incredibly welcoming and friendly! She assisted us with food options since I am gluten-free, and her recommendations were fantastic. I had such a wonderful dining experience! I will definitely be returning soon!

Fantastic service and top-notch quality! This pub used to be a place to avoid, but look at what someone with vision and ambition has accomplished! had an absolutely amazing meal in this pub, wandered in not really know what to expect as we have never been here, but we all greeted with a smile! the food was incredible and we had clean teller around, staff were very friendly and let them feel immediately welcome. we will definitely come back!

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The manager, Laura, truly exceeded our expectations to make sure our experience was perfect. Our server, Shannon, was fantastic, and the food itself was delightful and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation!

at the first visit yesterday we were very welcome, are so friendly and attentive. eating was amazing, great selection of quality options available on the menu. pizza cooked in the outside area in a pizza oven. definitiw give them the garlic brot and wobbly rings try, probably the best I ever had, they were incredible! very enjoyed our visit and will definitely go back soon! We visited this nice pub for the open mic night. The performance area was quite small and had limited seating, which made it a bit cramped. It would have been great if they had hosted the event in the larger back room, where there are plenty of tables and chairs. That way, people could enjoy drinks at the bar and those outside could still see the performers. Overall, there was a wonderful atmosphere, and the bar staff were excellent. Service: 5

we have come back to porthcawl to visit family for a few days and while we had the great parents to hand, we thought we would get out for a date. we were told we were going to rock and we were so glad we did. first the beer selection is brilliant, but eating was actually one of the most delicious meals we ever had. we live in london and always make out how pampered for the choice we are for incredible places to eat, but the rock surpasses them honestly. We were presented with menus and given just the right amount of time to peruse our options before a cheerful server came to take our orders. I chose the crab for my starter and the lamb for my main course, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. The starters arrived, featuring a golden, crispy coating enveloping soft, delicate crab meat. It was the perfect portion for a starter, enough to whet your appetite as you anticipate the main course.
