The Potting Shed Kitchen

A great burger place in a quiet street in Schwabing with a cunning approach to tapas, stunning desserts, a great mixologists (try the salty) and a small brewery approach (that's as close to craft as you'll get in German) why go anywhere else?

I recently spent a night here as part of my birthday celebrations. Michael and his team were very attentive, friendly and helpful and this made the night very memorable and special. I would definitely go back and recommend The Potting Shed to everyone.

Great tapas to start, amazing burgers and impressive array of cocktails to go at! Decent music selection to accompany you, chilled atmosphere. Should definitely be higher up the list on TripAdvisor! We visited on a very quiet night and did not see the place at its best. The food was a variation on burgers. They were very tasty and beautifully presented. Our server was excellent: helpful, quick and friendly. Not his fault that it was so...quiet. I'd be happy to come back and reckon it would be a fantastic place to come in as part of a group.

This bar/restaurant is situated in the Schwabing area of Munich. It serves great food and is great for both cocktails and gin (the bar stocks a wide range of gins garnishes all served with care and attention to detail. Food is reasonable priced....We would recommend booking in advance as this establishemnt is extremely popular. Highly recomended.

Visited for pre-dinner cocktails with our daughter (she lives in Munich and this is her favourite cocktail bar). A wide range of cocktails are available and are well presented. Recommend the Edinburgh gin cocktail. Service is efficient and friendly. Would recommend booking in advance...even if you don't plan to eat there. Will revisit and try their food on our next visit. We tried out The Potting Shed after some local recommendations. The owner, Michael and his team looked after us so well on a chilly snowy night celebrating my brother's birthday. The service was very friendly and very quick! The food was amazing and I was...particularly impressed with the efforts made to cater for the vegetarians in the party! Highly recommended and hope to go again when next in Munich.

If you are looking for the ultimate non-mainstream Cocktail Bar' in München with some smart fashion food', this is the place to pass by. If you feel like having a real interesting cocktail, just be bold an take The Smokey Riddle'. How can you top...the taste of a fresh selected Single Malt Tasted Cocktail tarnished in some top secret recipe that is jealously kept in secret. Staff are fun, easy going. Recommend and will come back for sure.

We wanted to book a nice meal for people (at short notice) and Michael at The Potting Shed was very helpful. He managed to squeeze us in, and answered questions about the menu and drinks prior to arriving. Michael's staff were very friendly and...helped by speaking English when our German failed. Great range of tapas and burger choice. Vast range of cocktails which were very good. All for a reasonable price, so the of us were very happy. Would recommend to anyone. Voir le carte
