"Friday lunchtime and first time visiting. Excellent food (we had three courses for a birthday treat all great! from a small but enticing menu. Service was literally perfect for us attentive, friendly, and also fun will definitely go back for that alone. Decor ambience of the place is lovely too and thankfully easy enough to get to from Henley or Reading without a car if desired, although we did drive. Honestly overall I’d put it in the top three restaurant visits we’ve had in the last 15 years locally everything considered, and that’s got well established and respected names to compete with. I rarely leave reviews, but this place is oh so worth a visit, and I hope it keeps a regular crowd and new support to see it continue to flourish (selfishly so we can keep going!"

Had another great meal at The Plough. I was impressed at what a great selection there was for those on a gluten free diet. Very pleasant staff, friendly, efficient and let’s face itthe food was delicious! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5

The best place for Sunday lunch and has been for a while. The service is lovely. Welcoming and organised. The cocktails are the best for miles. Still love it and still one of our top choices. Price per person: £80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's okay, very pricey. For example; £18 for just a burger. Sides such as chips are extra. Staff are lovely and the place itself, beautiful garden. Gorgeous venue, wonderful service. Food was excellent. Cocktails perfect. (I even asked for one that was not on the menu with no problems! What a delightful little place. Plenty of parking , beautifully decorated and service friendly. Food is delicious pig cheeks for starters, Wagyu beefburger with marmite butter and truffle mayo and egg custard tart for pudding each one utterly delicious.
