Excellent for sports. Friendly bar staff. Quick service. (The pub wasn't busy) Good pub food (quick service). Disgusting toilets.

Really enjoyed the delicious all day veggie breakfast, cooked and presented well. Staff were friendly and efficient, the landlord extremely nice. A lovely, comfortable pub and I shall return.

We visited here early on Friday evening for a drink before dinner. It seemed to be a popular pub for an after work drink and there was a good atmosphere. We enjoyed two small bottles of prosecco which cost just under £7 each. The staff were pleasant, it was a really nice pub. Voir le carte

Lovely atmosphere, staff and manager very polite and welcoming. Served by Lara, very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. Food arrived in good time and was delicious. Would highly recommend for food, drinks in a cosy, friendly pub! Thanks to Lara for the great service. We will definitely be back!

Alright, a bloke on his own in his 50’s these days doesn’t get the best service from younger folk, but the assertive arrogance of the manager and her underling made this unpleasant. There are many pubs around here much more worthy of your hard earned cash. Shame because it looks like an old fashioned boozer from the outside.

Good bolt hole within city centre. Alcohol: Heineken on tap so my brother will be happy. Plenty of other lagers to choose from including Fosters.which is disappearing in London. Good range of spirits although lemonade mixer could be fizzier. Food: classic pub fare on menu including all day breakfast scampi. Focus on burgers. My friend, K, would approve. Could only stop for chips due to time. Standard chips, Good sized portion with a range of condiments. Important info: sport on TV, efficient bar staff, effective seating layout. Fun fact: I was sitting opposite 4 Giovanni Pernice fans dressed as cowboys. If Giovanni fans are here, that’s an extra thumbs up from me. Voir le carte
