The Pier Fish And Chips Bognor Regis

The chips were terrible - they were frozen, flavorless, and didn't taste like traditional chip shop chips at all. I was very disappointed and wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Save your money. Two portions of fish chips with soft drinks was over £18 and it was awful. I don’t think the fish was even cod and the batter was soggy. Long wait for the food too. Avoid at all costs.

my band played last weekend in the pier and it was an explosion. we have eaten. the atmosphere was fantastic and everyone from the crowd/customer to the personal was incredibly friendly and friendly. can not recommend it enough. Voir le carte

My daughter paid £2.75 for a large portion of chips. SHE GOT 26 CHIPS. Unfortunately did not open them until to far away yo complain. Will not visit again especially as there are better quality and far better value chippies nearby.

I have to admit to being a little biased. I've known the manager for a long time. but what a great place. right at the sea. good pricing, good eating and a brilliant music room. a visit is worthwhile when they are in bognor on hols or just go through.

Fish wasn't as fresh as you’d hope and was very chewy and dry. Batter was soggy underneath and very greasy. Chips not nice because I suspect the whole lot had probably been kept warm for quite some time. Not many places to eat near the pier but would go without rather than eat any food from there again. The fish was grey and so thin and covered in soggy batter. The chips were greasy. It was a long wait from placing our order but if the food had been edible that would had been ok. We seriously thought about returning it but would replacement be any better? We thought not. Whoever owns or manages this place needs to give serious attention to staffing with competent people and changing their supply chain.

I have visited this restaurant a few times in the past couple of years and have never had any problems! Despite some negative reviews, we decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered 2 portions of cod and chips for about £16.70. The fish was a good size with a thin batter, which we preferred over a thick, crunchy batter. The portion of chips was generous and we had leftovers to freeze. Overall, we had a very good experience.

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before eating from here. After spending the day out, we were looking forward to traditional fish and chips while admiring the sea view. We put in our order, only had to wait about 10 mins (but two of our kids ordered chicken nuggets) so was a made to order meal. This has to be the best fish and chips we have had in a long long time I normally order a pie and chips since I’m not that keen on our local cod and chips, but since it wasn’t on offer I went for the meal deal of two cod and regular chips for husband and I.
