"Lovely views across the Green and over the sea. Outside tables protected from breeze by glass screens. Service and food had an end of season feel to it so nothing particularly special albeit, in fairness, we are talking late October. Couldn't see a full menu outside or indeed inside until we got to the counter and found a leaflet. In summary great location, prices sensible and on balance worth a look if passing."

Witnessed young staff spoken to Like dirt by management . Awful people skills and attitude to customers. Not a nice place at all. No gluten free options.

It's a 4 this time because it wasn't quite as good as last time. But still a very good product. I felt the waitress wasn't as generous as the last time. But I would still go again.

We make an excuse to come here for the amazing icecream every time we visit Hunstanton. The selection is vast, ranging from vanilla and some of the other classic favourites to other more indulgent or fun flavours. Expect to queue a little in the summer... Voir le carte

Really embarrassing visit card machine not working so had to leave my daughter drive to cash machine and get the cash. Wasted ice creams and rude customer service when sent an email. Thankfully have found a much nicer place just up the coast, nicer ice...

We had an ice cream from the kiosk. I can definitely recommend the salted caramel, it was scrumptious and creamy. The waffle cones were also really good., a good crunch. My husband had the Baileys ice cream, which really did taste like Baileys. Our server was friendly.

Ordered 2 bacon and sausage baps and two teas. Should have been suspicious when we requested crispy bacon. What arrived was the very worst we have ever had, doughy bread, tasteless rubbery bacon (not crispy! , cheap bready sausages, utterly tasteless, left most of it and walked away feeling a bit sick. We usually try to eat here at least once when we visit Hunstanton and this week was no exception. We have two dogs and would be welcome indoors but the weather was kind so we decided to eat al fresco. We both had a BLT which came with a small salad and was more than filling although we left a little room for a wonderful ice cream. The staff were polite and friendly so what's not to like'

Excellent choice of ice creams. We had 3 small tubs so around 1 large scoop each. Flavours chosen were rum and raisin, key lime and Norfolk fudge. All highly enjoyed it only downside was it cost £9. So £3 per scoop whereas I feel £2 a scoop would’ve been more reasonable. However the ice cream was all vegetarian friendly this also kept my review high and it was proper ice cream not whippy

"We had pre-booked a table for 6 people to have lunch at 2:15pm. We arrived on time and were shown to the table, which had only been set for 4 people which meant we had to pull a further 2 chairs up to the table, and had to request a wine list. We ordered a round of drinks for the table which took c. 15 minutes to arrive. We were waiting a considerable amount of time for a food menu. Eventually we called a waiter over to order some food and were told that the kitchen we no longer serving, despite having booked a table for lunch and not being warned of the kitchen closing time. The staff told us to be quick in ordering however took a further 10 minutes to come and take the order. The food eventually came and the waitress didn 't even put the food at the correct place, she merely put them on the table for us to distribute accordingly. When the bill eventually came, we politely requested the *optional service charge was removed from the bill as we did not feel that we had received adequate service to warrant a tip, to which the manager began shouting that it as shocking that we wanted to rightfully remove the tip. He went on to say that the kitchen staff had stayed over time to prepare our food. My question to the owner is this... if your chefs are unwilling to work over their hours, why are you offering a reservation close to closing time whilst your staff are incapable of processing the orders to the kitchens in the correct timescale and working hours. If we were told that the kitchen were closing soon, we would have cooperated with the staff to help them work to their time scales."
