"Oh dear me. Birthday meal for the family. Arrived 12.30- only had mains because it was an early lunch, yes we had salad, which could have done with a restock and bred buns were non existent. We sat waiting and waiting for our food and with a two year old in tow that was like an eternity. The food arrived at 1.50 wow- how is that even acceptable. Mine was totally cold. Chicken cold peas cold potato watery and you guessed it- cold. My son had scrambled eggs which was cold. Toast was not toast it was bread and it was soggy. My sisters chicken wasn’t cooked and she waitress chantel said ‘I promise you it’s cooked’ clearly seeing it was pink. Asked us how our food was at the end of the meal so what was even the point of asking us. My husband ate his because he was so hungry but said it was dry over cooked and cold. All in all service was poor. Food was very poor and we won’t be going back. Don’t take bookings of 9 if you can accommodate and provide the service and set a standard to make people return."

First time visiting this Harvester and were impressed. Very welcoming and clean and tidy. Good good and well stocked salad bar. Service very good.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, and our waitress Jess was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return for more tasty food. The facilities were also well-maintained. Happy days indeed!

Our waitress was Beth and she was abserloutly amazing. Always asked if we needed anything and didn't hesitate to get us what we needed : . The food was nice and juicy . Gave a 4 star as where we sat was crowded and very loud . There was a table with a young child who let their young child walk on the table run round and spit . Not pleasant but with the staff and food was abserloutly lovely x

Beautifully decorated pub with a great layout of tables. Menu is good with a wide selection of options. Our waitress Martessa was brilliant, so friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Helped us with our menu choices by explaining various dishes suitable for my dairy intolerant daughter. Food was lovely came really quickly. Free salad bowl with every main meal too which was a bonus. Highly recommend this beautiful pub for a lovely meal.

I was not impressed with the service at this restaurant. The waitress seemed to lack spatial awareness, knocking my jacket off the chair and passing the menu across my face to my colleague. She even leaned across me to give my colleague the bill. The food was average, nothing to write home about. When we tried to pay, we had to approach another waitress because our original server was too busy to acknowledge us. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I have no intention of returning.
