The Old Town Quarry

Has gone to look really scruffy outside. Information boards broken, over run with convolvulus. Prices have risen and is now one of the expensive places for lunch!!!!

A quaint little place. Museum section very small. Cafe good but service extremely slow.Nice artwork for sale. Little shop very interesting. Grounds lovely on a nice day.

A great Little Hideaway before or after walk in Weston Woods,. The coffee was nice and the scenery and seating outside in the quarry was great. An Iron Monger and a Museum is also on the Property, looks like an ideal place to work.

Amazing food, the vegan nut cutlet was the best I've ever had! Such good value. Good quality produce, took a little bit of time and a few corrections to order, but was worth it. Beautiful setting and clean facilities. Highly reccomend.

Service was good. Food was good. Unfortunately there appear to no rules about dogs fighting of barking excessively. The owners made no attempts to quell the three extremely noisy dogs. Ruined our breakfast and hurt our ears. We are dog owners ourselves!

Lovely quiet quirky little gem of a place, totally different to busy Weston Super Mare, away from the hussle and bustle. Eat inside and outside in gardens. Nice lawned area for children to run around in away from diners. Homemade food and cakes and art shop and crart shop.

Visted this café many times. Today my husband and I went for the soup and sandwich offer, the food was amazing. The soup was vegetable very tasty and hot, the sandwiches you could choose anything from there sandwich board, this came with just a garnish of salad. Well worth the trip and money.

We had lunch as we often do and were stunned to see a new artist outside the tearoom, in one of the old buildings near the outside seating. Of course we went in and were thrilled to see artworks in progress. The artist Jack Hicks was charming. I took some pictures of his studio. Really worth seeing!

We came here, as we often do, for lunch! The portions are generous and so inexpensive! There were no crisps on our plates this time, so my daughter asked the barista for some, and hey presto they arrived in two little dishes at no extra cost! We are always thrilled to come here, for the food, the ambience, the wonderful surroundings!
