"Gotta love a family run business, complete with dedication, hard work an atmosphere that's sadly, hard to find these days. I'm aware that the chef has won awards, but add to that a fabulous heartfelt service genuine desire to give customers the best dining experience you're onto a winner. We arrived a minute before closing, with a car full of family that were visiting from the Far East We'd not called ahead or made reservations and it was clear that the restaurant was in the process of closing. Despite the inconvenience we caused,we were welcomed,seated left alone to catch up with the years we'd missed. At no point were we rushed (although I did hear the owner apologising to his wife on the phone explaining that he'd be a little late home! The dishes were superb. The Bengali chef deserves every award he's acquired. Without question the best Indian meal in the City. Gratitude to all the staff that we delayed!"

great eating but will say was better ten years ago plus maybe a new cook. the best host they've ever received makes the visit worth.

first visit in old. with a big group. the service was excellent as always. the food was absolutely delicious. really enjoyed us, thanks young, they have always hit the place.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The delivery service is top-notch, making it a perfect option for a delicious dinner at home. this place is a jewel, a time trip back to the 80s... full of nostalgie . if you want an unforgettable night, you will get it in full. iqbal the host here is with most, transport them to a sitcom set, delivers great entertainment for all its customers. they will not be forgotten or disappointed. when the food arrived, it was an explosion of great aromen from the first mouthful to the last. the dishes were authentic, traditional and nostalgic. the quality was rich and full of taste. there was no style over substance. it was classy of cooking. the cheese garlic naan was made with finese. this restaurant will be my visit to coventry. there is more on the menu I want to try.
