Great food all freshly cooked. Good prices too. Extremely friendly helpful staff. Entertainment Saturday nights.

We had Sunday lunch today 3 March amazing loads on plate and taste great. Nut roast was really good. Will return.

Just had our Diamond Wedding party here, The food was excellent the service was fine seeing only one chef in the kitchen, he neads a medal. Great all around.

Went to the New Inn last for night for roast dinner, absolutely outstanding! Very good quality, generous portions and at good price, excellent service and good atmosphere, friendly locals and finished off with delicious home made cheesecake, would return anytime. Voir le carte

Had a few beers and a roast dinner at the New Inn last night and I couldn’t fault the place. Very friendly landlady, good selection of drinks, nice atmosphere and the food was absolutely excellent with generous portion sizes. I’ll definitely be visiting again next time I’m in the area.

Wonderful food all with local produce and the slow cooked belly pork is truly fantastic . Took my dad here as he loves his real ales and found they've won awards for their ales (one very happy dad). Have been back 4 times now with various family and have always had a great experience and a very warm welcome. Landlady Faith is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble, including fussy eaters! We've making use of their pool table, dart board and table football in separate bar area turning a meal out into a whole evening out with the family playing games together.

Very friendly and welcoming with plenty of ales and ciders to choose from. Food was lovely and piping hot which was in keeping with good home made fare. Unfortunately we were too late to get the Steak and Ale Pie, as the last portion went to the couple on the next table. Our landlady was apologetic and very attentive, highlighting the fact that everything is fresh and not frozen. So a word if advice is to get there early. When it's gone, it's gone. if only we had been here at the weekend!
