"I was recommended this amazing restaurant by a friend and it turned out to be the perfect rural pub. The friendly staff greeted us warmly and the menu offered a great mix of traditional pub dishes and more unique options, all expertly prepared by a talented chef. We enjoyed the delicious hake in tomato sauce and the gammon with fresh pineapple and egg. The homemade desserts were a lovely ending to our meal. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was evident that the locals love this place. Although it's quite a distance from our home, we will definitely be returning for another memorable evening. Thank you to the staff for a great experience!"

Charming local pub with decent food and friendly (if slow) service. It gets pretty loud when the local residents come together in the evening so look elsewhere if you prefer a quieter place.

What a gem. Fantastic Sunday lamb roast and a Pavlova to die for. But what tops it is the great atmosphere and the extremely friendly owners. We will be back. 100%. We have been back a few times now. Still huge fans.
