"Booked a table for 4 on Saturday 24th August at 6:30pm. The welcome was fabulous and we were quickly shown to a lovely table. The restaurant area was well spaced making it feel open and uncrowded, even though they were very well attended. The staff were exceptional very efficient and always made sure that we were looked after and had everything that we needed. Despite our constant chatter and forgetting to read the menus, the staff were extremely patient and we did not feel rushed or pressured into making orders. Once we had ordered, the food cam in really good time. I had crab to start and my companions had scallops. All of it was perfect beautifully prepared and tasted wonderful. Our main courses arrived within good time also sea bass and chicken supreme. All of the food was absolutely wonderful and the service was brilliant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fabulous food, service and I thought it was really good value. Many thanks to all."

A really good evening. A warm welcome on arrival and excellent, friendly service throughout. This is much, much more than a pub restaurant. It has a few pub classics on the menu bt a good choice of more exciting dishes. All the dishes were beautifully presented and well executed. Would definitely recommend we will be back

We all had the Sunday Roast menu. Two of us had the beef sirlion and the other had the chicken. It was absolutely fantastic. Amazing quality meat, lovely veg, crispy roast potatoes and very tasty gravy. Best resturant roast we 've all had a a while. Excellent service and very nice surounding and ambience. We sat in the 'eatery ' section. Highy recommended and we 'll be going back for sure.
