La serveuse a mal pris notre commande et nous a donné des fruits pourris et des boissons sans goût, en plus d'être impolie. De plus, le repas était beaucoup trop cher.

16 staff 5 tables to be served. And still we had to go out of our way to be served. It seemed the conversation that the staff were having among themselves through out was far important.

We went the restaurant for lunch at 1.pm and were seated promptly, but the food quality was for a price of over €60 for only 2 adults one 7 year all we had was are main corse all of us and 1 ice cream. Food...quality was VERY POOR Voir le carte

Un si bon endroit pour manger. Le thème de ce restaurant était parfait avec des acteurs et des divertissements se produisant sur scène pendant que nous prenions notre repas. La nourriture était délicieuse et le service était sympathique et rapide.

Malgré le service très sympathique, Disney nous a vraiment déçu avec une nourriture en plastique pour nous arnaquer. C'était dégoûtant. 22€ pour un burger qui ressemble plus à un McDonald's bon marché. C'est une honte de faire ça aux clients qui viennent dans un parc, où pas moins de 13 attractions sont fermées pour entretien. Il faut quelqu'un qui soit renvoyé. Comment peut-on sérieusement ?

We visited on a very busy Friday evening with a group of 38! We were quickly seen to and accommodated very well, the team were super friendly and catered for different needs. The food came quickly and efficiently especially being a large order. The food...was hot and very tasty. Thank you to the friendly member of staff in front of house for helping to feed and sort out 28 very hungry children! I would return again with my family. Voir le carte

Un endroit où nous avons été officiellement exposés au racisme lors de notre visite en famille à Disneyland. La personne dont le nom que nous avons pris comme étant Moufok était très impolie envers nous. Si ils ne veulent pas que les touristes viennent, ils peuvent écrire à l'entrée de la porte. Bien que le chef responsable qui m'a parlé plus tard s'est excusé, je ne l'accepte pas. J'ai été battu et je n'ai pas mangé avec mes enfants. This restaurant features an ongoing western show with puppets. It’s really cute. Food is ok, counter service quality. Service is awful as it is in most of Disneyland Paris. Cast members just don’t care and don’t seem very happy to be there. Sharp contrast to...WDW and Tokyo Disneyland. Management also doesn’t seem to care much. Saw a manager break a glass on the floor and put chairs around it until someone came out ten minutes later to sweep it up. The cash register area is a painted wood stand with all the paint worn off. Does it cost that much to paint? Just a real lack of empathy in this park overall.

Awful experience. Understandably COVID precautions have to be taken and that affects things (and I’m always happy to take account of that). But this place was bafflingly inefficient. Staff everywhere (must have been 15 20 of them mostly cleaning tables over and over) but took about...40 mins to get some food. For some reason there is a bar tender who literally stands looking into space until one of her colleagues comes with an order, at which point she puts coke in a glass and hands it to them. Bizarre. You pay and order on entry and then you put your receipt on the table so the server knows what to get you (strike one for inefficiency). Was about 20 mins before our server ambled along and t...
