eating was delicious, personal friendly, prices appropriate. all I would say that the drinks were less tasty than they had, it was like I was drinking flat coke.

My partner I thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. We had samosas, bhajis, 2 x different curries, rice, naan, poppadoms, pickle tray a jug of mango lasso and it was all beautifully cooked/prepared tasted deliciously fresh. The chap on front of house was professional friendly we would definitely recommend and visit again!

Stopped off for an early evening meal on our way back to our B&B. We had a chicken madras, saag aloo, pilau rice, and a plain Nan which was sufficient for the two of us to share not having big appetites. We found the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. The only negative was they don’t take card payments but that is clearly stated on their website and at the premises so there should be no confusion.

Have been before to this good restaurant but the big drawback is they are cash only. We have asked previously about why they won’t accept cards. They say they will, eventually, but that was a couple of years ago. This time we visited and thought we’d get cash out at the local bank. This facility was broken. We enquired in the restaurant and they suggested we visit the local Spar shop round the corner (which meant another drive as my husband can’t walk far) which has a cash machine. We just couldn’t be bothered, we left and ended up back in Porthmadog (which has two Indian restaurants) one of which is cash only! . there was no apology from the proprietor Voir le carte
