Came as a party of 16 for my sister’s surprise 60th birthday meal last night. Absolutely everything was spot on. Service, food, drinks. Staff couldn’t have helped more to make our evening go as we wished. Well done to the team, very grateful : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Certain things off the menu taste mass produced and microwaved. Not the best prices for the quality. We ordered from the set menu but were billed different prices. I have recently moved to Ongar in Essex and my family came up to visit yesterday. I was searching for a pub that wouldn't mind us bringing our dogs since my sister wanted to bring her dog up with her.. We visited The Leather Bottle for lunch and my family was so impressed with the place. My Mum said it's the nicest pub lunch she has ever had. My sister who works in the food industry couldn't believe how fresh and lovely the food was. It was all delicious. Needless to say my family and I will definitely be coming back here for lunch/dinner again and again. Voir le carte
