Went on Sunday for Sunday Lunch food very good, but too warm in the restaurant, no air con or fans. Can imagine being really uncomfortable in the height of summer.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and satisfying, but the service was unfortunately a bit slow when it got busy. It felt like we had been somewhat overlooked. Additionally, the temperature inside the restaurant was quite hot.

We had the tasting menu which was excellent and good value. Good wines available and service good. Only drawback we arrived early for a drink but the bar is very noisy with taped music and we had to go into the restaurant early to enjoy our aperitifs (which were excellent).

We were disappointed that the menu we had seen on Internet was not the same as at the restaurant as we did not like as many choices. We also were surprised that there was not any bread supplied with the meal, even when soup was ordered and it had to purchased as an extra at a cost of £2.00.

Although the food was good, there was a lack of service and atmosphere. The background music changed from one theme to another, no one matched the meal. Service was ok, but not excellent, and instead of letting a jug of water on the table, we had to ask for a refill that was annoying. Must be improved, bad.
