Top Place. Great atmosphere and well looked after by the Head of the House. Kitchen welcomes Big groups esp H&H Price per person: £20–30 Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips with Mushy, Lion Burger

Owners have really let the place go. Welcomed to the pub by 2 dogs barking at me and 2 year old son. Only 1 beer was on, no food (lady laughed when we asked) and no crisps only 2 packets of pork scratchings. What a shame as used to be a lovely pub. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sadly, not really a pub no more. Tis so sad. Needs new life and revamp. Hardly anyone there but two dogs. Food was average but we only had a pizza. The pub had no lemonade and very little on offer except beer to drink. I would go more often if pleasant. Originally it was very good but it is sad now Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Voir le carte

Lovely pub but very disappointed at our experience today. Booked for Sunday lunch at 2pm. Service was non existent. Had to ask for drinks, then menus then to place order. Food arrived an hour later. Roast dinner served in bowls. Gave up an hour later waiting to be asked for dessert or coffee. 2 hours to serve one average course. We shall not be returning.

Worst pub. Such a shame as it was once fabulous. its a mess, not good service. Garden covered in dog poo because landlord is clearly lazy in his running, loos haggered, glasses uncollected. Dogs that have been running around in garden are then left to roam the kitchen during lunch service. Very expensive round of drinks in dirty glasses. Not going to give this place a second chance.

I do not like putting bad reviews but I have to say given this a 1 star rating is being very generous food was terrible I had to send it back and get a sandwich in its place, gravy was like oxo cubes with water there were black bits in my dinner and the chips were overdone and looked like the fat hadn't been changed in months. I will not be returning. the girls serving were pleasant enough but had to go find them one was standing at end of bar on phone round the corner. avoid at all costs Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Voir le carte
