"restaurant we visited was understaffed. Unfortunately, one of our meals was served cold while the rest were only lukewarm. The flavors were good, and the staff apologized for the cold dish by bringing us some hot gravy to try to warm it up. Another dish had too much fat, making it inedible, but the staff was apologetic and replaced it. The restaurant itself was chilly, with many diners wearing coats. The staff tried to warm it up by relighting the fire when asked. Service was slow because there were only two people running the entire bar and restaurant."
