"Found on the main road, there's parking for around 10 cars. It's road parking after that. There's a back and a front garden.. Dogs are welcome. Service was extremely slow. 15 minutes to get 2 drinks at the bar. People on the next table were complaining too.. Advertising Sunday lunch until 5pm but at 3pm dinners were sparse and some had run out. Claiming the best roasts in northants on their boards, but gave 2 roast potatoes that were rubbery and hard to cut, and 1 pig in blanket that looked raw enough to run off of the plate.... It's a shame as the setting and location is perfect. The service and organisation just needs to be better. Also, please fix all the broken wooden chairs out the front, and change the brown water in the dog bowls."

Lovely thatched village pub. Nice sunny decking area outside. Warm fire in Winter. Sunday lunches very popular, as are bar meals. Regular entertainment nights, bands, quizzes etc. Fab friendly staff. Spotted the post on Facebook for fish and chip night so decided we should check it out! Warm greetings from the friendly staff, good selection of good and drink in nice surroundings.
