The Green Curry Thai Cafe And Delivery

Tonight we tried this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the high quality. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. We will definitely be returning often for the curry.

We discovered this place almost 2 years ago and visiting sometimes. I was never disappointed with the taste despite I am big food lover and on top very demanding customer : I will be coming back regularly

I have been visiting this Thai restaurant for a few years. It is one of my favourite finds in Wandsworth, the food reminds me of some of the dishes from Bangkok, plus the staff are always friendly and food is quick and beautifully presented. Would recommend it to anyone in the area for sit down or takeaway.

This Thai cafe is a gem, offering a variety of freshly cooked classic dishes beyond just green curry, all at a wallet-friendly price. The service is top-notch, from the manager to the kitchen staff. All the dishes are flavorful and freshly prepared. While we did notice that the noodles were a bit oily, it did not detract from our overall enjoyable lunch experience.

The Green Parrot is no longer the Thai restaurant it used to be. The new owners have come in and completely transformed the restaurant. The staff are fab, so welcoming and you can get some seriously good cocktails. The new chef Ed is the best, makes delicious food and is always so lovely to the customers. Ordered via Uber Eats and half the order didn't arrive, Called the restaurant and they just said they was nothing they could do and they had fulfilled the order. The lady then proceeded to lie by claiming all our food items were checked into one bag the of food we did receive came in a bag that was entirely full, there is no way any further items could have fitted in the single bag. The manager came on and basically said it was not his problem he just didnt care.

Had high hopes after reading reviews on trip advisor. The starter of duck spring rolls was average but the duck was quite tough. The chicken satay, although presented well , was greasy and the chicken was a strange texture, so much so I felt it was raw. We followed by PadThai with veg and tofu which was the nicest dish by far. We also shared a chicken dish with sweet basil and chilli. The dish was devoid of chilli and was pretty bland but the worse bit was the chicken which resembled spongey string, it was awful. We left all the chicken. Won’t be returning. Far far better Thai cafes in West London

We have used this restaurant fairy often over the past couple of years as we live locally and the food has always been good and reasonably priced. However, recent visits during the winter months have not been such a pleasant experience. This is because the restaurant does a lot of take away trade with delivery drivers constantly coming and going. This is not a problem in warmer weather when the door is left open, but during cold weather it gets very uncomfortable as the door does not close properly, on our last visit there was a blast of cold air every time it was left open.
