it is not bar, no restaurant, but more a chemical laboratory. really cool with a beautiful ambiente. the cocktails are amazing. when they come together fusion and mixology, this is the place for them.

love love these cocktails! shows the best cocktails in florence. super creatiw and tasty as well as excellent presentation. I always go during their happy hour (every day, 17 o'clock to 19 o'clock) all cocktails are €10 instead of the typical €12-€16!

A lovely evening out for dinner that did not involve pizza or pasta. Coming from San Francisco where good sushi is abundant, I was happy and impressed with Fusion. We sat at the bar for drinks (yummmmy and so creative) and dinner as well. We were treated to cocktails especially mixed for us, based on what alcohol we preferred. Fabulous experience. I'll be back.

Un locale di classe ma allo stesso tempo molto friendly: il personale, tutti giovani, è preparato, cortese ed efficiente. Il cibo è buono e la cura dei piatti molto ricercata. La lode va però alla varietà e qualità dei cocktails che solo per il modo in cui vengono presentati merita un plauso. I prezzi sono in linea con l'ambiente; non ci dimentichiamo che ci si trova nel cuore di Firenze. Buona bevuta.

Upon arrival, they seem confused about whether we had a reservation and when they realized that we were open table reservations to hotel guests, we were separated from the main dining room, like all other non-hotel guests. The food we served was excellent. There was a preset menu for New Year's Eve and three courses were skipped over/missed. We finally gave up and went shortly before the New Year, so we outside and enjoy the local fireworks and parties.
