Bar menu very limited on the black board behind the bar and the Al a Carte menu was given to us on a peice of paper was again very limited. Staff more interested in serving locals even though we had stood at bar for a good 5 mins before anyone else. Result being party of 4 walked out with no food no drink and we went else where."

The Dirty Fox burger was legitimately the tastiest burger I’ve ever eaten. Halloumi fries were thick and crispy, not soggy. Great atmosphere. Great service. Top quality food at a good price. Highly recommended.

The food is lovely and the pub is great but I was a little disappointed that the £28 sirloin only came with some chips and no salad or veg. It’s not cheap and some salad or other veg wouldn’t have gone amiss. Have to say the Sunday lunch is excellent. I would recommend the pub to anyone.
