Cracking drinks and food, relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. The staff are very welcoming and always a sign of a good pub when dogs are allowed!

I really love the vegetarian breakfast here and have had it three times! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the staff are pleasant. Come here for drinks every now and again and always have a great time with no complaints.

I can’t fault the food it was really good. Where it was a let down was the service. Rude dismissive when asked questions about a dish on the menu about beer selection. We’ve always found it really good and friendly but today was...awful. Not even a how’s your meal was asked.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and offers great value for money. I have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The burgers and chips are perfect, the battered BBQ cauliflower wings are amazing, and the quinoa walnut salad is delicious. This is a perfect place to visit with friends and family, especially on quiz night (Sundays).

The restaurant is very welcoming to families and dogs, with a nice selection of tap beers and bottles. The whiskey options are impressive as well. While there are vegan options on the menu, it has recently changed and some pub-like options like cauliflower wings are no longer available. Many of the vegan dishes are quite spicy, which may not be ideal for children. However, the new Mezze Board and Burger were delicious. Voir le carte

my family and I all had the frying beef today and there is nothing good about it. the prosecco was warm and already opened so we could not change it when it came to the table. the bark was chewing, which was sweet. because the heavy was watery and tasteless the yorkshire puddings were overdoned (black) and the whole was cold. it was the worst Sunday dinner I ever had. it was such a scandal that I had eaten here before I was the fish and chips and burgers were really good! my advice does not get the roasted beef!

we visited here last night and I don't take a very often, but the staff was just beautiful and the food was excellent. I had the bone in a shiny bark cake that was melted in mouth and a really good part. nice were delicious and perfectly cooked. my man had that and my son the chicken curry was all excellent. nice service and nice friendly atmosphere. the waitress had missed a round of drinks from the bill and we asked for a new bill that she has taken one of the drinks for our honesty. what a beautiful thing to do. it's not a huge menu, but what they do, they do well. we're coming back.

Looking up a review of mine made me realise i hardly ever review where I live and should really do more about this!! So The Fountain is the best place to eat if you're out for a night at Cineworld but is sooo much than...that sounds, or indeed, than it needs to be , given that location. It has lovely home made food, fabulous gin and tonics in enormous bowl like glasses and friendly staff above all its a comforting and cosy place which deals equally well with students studying, hungry solo travellers and couples glammed up. It really is just the kind of local suburb restaurant you want. And the steak pie is to die for!! Voir le carte
