Good food and service was prompt. Lovely location. Great for a special occasion.

The service and food at this restaurant are outstanding. It's a delightful place to have a meal and drinks. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

My favourite local place to eat, really nice food and good service. Such a shame you have to queue up behind people buying drinks at the bar in order to Report in and get seated at your booked table. We had a 12 minute wait,

We were very disappointed with the service we received on arrival. We were told by a very stroppy lady that they had no booking for us despite me having confirmation on my phone. She didn’t want to know. We won’t be going there again!

My girlfriend had always wanted to try the food here, so I booked a table for valentines. We left before the final course. The service was poor. Very long waiting times for food that was very poor quality. A very chewy steak and raw chips. Will not be going back Voir le carte

Profits before quality of food and service! Too many tables booked for the number of staff available to service them. The kitchen and service staff clearly struggled to support everyone! I've eaten at the Fishers Pond during quieter times and the food service was brilliant. A real shame!

Our experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. We had requested a table for four in the area of the restaurant known as the forties section, but we were instead seated at a table in the back that was not what we had asked for. It seems that our request was not able to be fulfilled, even though we were assured that it would be. Due to this letdown, we have decided not to book a party for my 80th birthday at this restaurant. Our trust in the reliability of the staff has been shaken.

Waited a fair while for someone to take a drinks order so OH went to the bar. While he was there waiting to be served we had our drinks order taken at the table but that was about 25 mins after getting there. Was really looking forward to a steak. Was given menus but wasn’t told they had no steak until it was time to order. Then I felt compelled to quickly make another choice and ended up with a burger. I never order burgers. It wasn’t what I had planned for our Anniversary meal but it was ok. Unfortunately for us we had a table of 4 very loud know it alls next to us which stopped me being able to hear what my husband was saying. Not a fault of the restaurant of course.
