"we were here for two nights 28. 29 October. the accommodation was above the pubs at the fish street in the heart of the city, so comfortable for everything. there are parking spaces and the guests are provided with the access code. when we were, here we were in the bar, and a worker brought us into our room. there were two possibilities to reach the accommodation, through the pub or through a side entrance, both leading to a narrow staircase. the entrance was quite with the witness under and through the stairs that even a bit grubby. on the way to our room there was a series of creaky floor plates, it is a 400 year old building, so it can be forgiven for a few folding floor plates. our first floor double room overlooked the street and the st. helen’s church. the room has coffee accessories, a TV and free wlan. there was not much space between the bets, could only get out of the bets one to a time. the furniture served their purpose, is the best way to describe it. the beds were comfortable and the beds crisp and clean. the bad, whist functional, it was a bit dated and needed an update. iron and a hair dryer are also available. the cost of the room, will contain everything it was probleme was £135, about £34 per night, was reasonable worth and parking was included. one night we met friends for a drink, down in the pub for pre-dinner drinks, really good pub with friendly staff."

Friendly staff, busy Sunday lunch trade, home cooked looked great. Decent range of beers, little off the High Street, but a must visit traditional pub.

large traditional pub with pub food. beautiful that it is busy! the personal reserved us a table and was ready as promised on our return. one of the few real pubs left!

This was a perfectly located pub with rooms which did the job for a one night stay. There is a car park but it isn’t secure. No breakfast offered but plenty of places within walking distance. Voir le carte

Called in for lunch after a family day out. Shared fish and chips and scampi and chips. Best chips we’d ever had all good was beautiful. Service was so quick too. Lovely staff will definitely return

Really good place to eat, I had the chicken, leek and bacon pie, the wife had the fish and chips. Both were very tasty. Our Dog was made welcome and he settled down straight away. Will definitely go back next time we're in Worcester.

Firstly the lady serving us was fantastic . So friendly and welcoming. I think I must have chosen the wrong thing. My husband had liver bacon and onions which he said was nice. I had the steak and mushroom on ciabatta. It was not what...I expected. Instead of a piece of steak it was tiny thin pieces of steak with mushroom. I have put the photos on this review. Looking for a place too eat and Google maps popped this one up! Very olde welde and bursting with character. Menu was lovely, hubby had a burger, I went with the lasagne. Came well presented and very hot! Staff were great and really friendly, disappointed we had to leave so fast as the car park was running out otherwise I would have stayed for a 2nd Woo Woo! Would definitely go back as it was really lovely! Top marks to the staff!!!

we're here now. we were in a few times and normally it's a nice pub, but I think tonight is the first time that I ever was anywhere where I were served without a single word coming from the bartender mouth! we were ignored for a few minutes, while the dame behind the bar stopped a guy on the other side. When she finally saw us, she decided to take a glass out of the bar and put it for washing instead of serving, then stood before us and no word was said! we ordered our drinks and she waved the card machine later with us. No wonder the bar is dead on a Saturday night!
