"This is a great little place on the outskirts of Callington. We popped here for a team meeting earlier today. The staff were so approachable, chatty and just generally a pleasure. They were very attentive to our table. I had the larger breakfast on the menu called The Stack and it was great, lots of flavour, clearly fresh ingredients. To top it off, the view from the main restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend. (Sorry about the picture, I was hungry and only realised I hadn't taken a photo till it was nearly too late)"

Can't praise the staff up enough. They catered for my husbands 60th Birthday Do and the food was marvellous, service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Can fully recommend.

I was there for breakfast this weekend after having travelled from London the night before ....the breakfast and tea was fab and as for the view while eating my breakfast beautiful ....well priced and staff were friendly ....if your in Callington it 8s a must.

First time here today. Was a recommendation and wow it was fabulous. Was served by a very, very lovely, cheery, happy lady who gave great service. There was no delay in ordering or food arriving, the meals were delicious and very hot and we will certainly be coming back. Thank you Engine House!

Stopped her for breakfast/ lunch on our way home from a camping trip in Cornwall. There were 11 of us, the staff were very friendly/ helpful, great portion sizes, lovely food, beautiful views and reasonable prices. Recommended by some locals, very glad we found it. Will come back and recommend to others.
