"I was under the impression that vegan Thursdays would mean mostly vegan food on the menu that wasn't really the case I thought there were 4 options for net. I'm not even sure that the menu was different to any other day of the week. I had the butternut and bean felt packages that were good, but nothing special. My partner had the Kichererbsburgs, I had an attempt and it was so salty that it was almost impossible. Other feedback was that the cauliflower vegan dish was also good and the cod was embarrassing. All expensive at around £18 per main. I think there were 1 or 2 vegan desserts. I think we enjoyed the desserts more than the main thing. I would expect a much higher quality for the price. Expensive, beautiful location, nice people serving but wouldn't go back in a hurry due to not brilliant quality of food. However great place for an outdoor drink and games.

excellent atmosphere and eating. what was really impressed was the service. kellnerin noticed a problem with a teller eating and went out of her to solve it. proaktiw and no fuss.

Had a really nice nut roast for Sunday noon and there were some vegan options on the menu to choose from. Also loved that they gave a discount when you have oat milk in your hot drink instead of extra charge!

I went to this restaurant for lunch with some friends who live in the area. The Sunday lunch was excellent and very reasonably priced, especially with the option to add a crumble for just £1 with a roast meal.

We had a lovely evening meal. I had a steak which was perfectly cooked. My wife had sea bass which was also beautifully cooked and presented.The staff were lovely, really friendly and not pushy at all.A nice atmosphere and a lovely location. Meal for 2 with a bottle of wine and coffee £100
