"we cried into the copper band on the off-change of gettin a table for 2, we were greeted by the beautiful ramanda, she greeted us with a beautiful smile and a really inviting attitude, we were shown our sitting, a menu and asked what we want to drink, a very pleasant young barkeeper mixologe served us our drinks, I was served my gin, how it should be served and just how it should be trimming. we choose our food and we were thrilled by the presentation and the aromen in each and every dish....we will certainly be back again, and all thanks to the wonderful co-workers especially ramanda, which is a real advantage for this restaurant, in front of house personnel as they are rarely found in local restaurants, we did not get the rest of the co-workers name, maybe it would be an idea to have staff with a name very pleasant evening. go raibh maith agus beannacht."

Went on NYE. Staff were great, very quick and attentive during a busy night. Food was beautiful, however we found the portion sizes a little small perhaps just finer dining than we are used to.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant today. The food was delicious and there was so much that I ended up taking home leftovers in small boxes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The food at this restaurant is usually good, but can be inconsistent at times (the same goes for the cocktails). The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is delightful; the place has a lot of charm! Additionally, the bar offers a stout that is exclusive to The Copper Tap, which is the best I've ever had. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant had a good atmosphere and the food was really good with great presentation. The dishes were hot and tasty. The service could have been improved as there was no cutlery on the table and there was a slow wait time between drink orders. However, the staff were very friendly. The live music was great and the decor was lovely. The cocktails were also tasty. Overall, it's a great spot and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful! It's so wonderful to see a modern establishment in Tyrone that could easily compete with those in Dublin or Belfast. From the moment you walk in, it's clear that this restaurant stands out from the usual scene in the Tyrone area. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere on the upper floor on a Saturday night is fantastic. The food was outstanding, rivaling some of the best I've had in Northern Ireland. The burger was excellent, the risotto was flavorful, and the dessert was delicious - everything on the menu seems appealing and unique. I will definitely be returning, as this restaurant has left me feeling excited and eager to come back!

"Do not recommend, there are better pizza places in Omagh with more professional service. My mum ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, as she was not well and my dad had come in from work 12 hours straight. After one hour of waiting for delivery two of the pizzas were badly burnt. Not a little but the hole entire crust round the 2 pizzas. Again they weren't burnt around the edge but nearly 1inch deep was burnt black. My mum phoned for 2 replacement pizzas but was met by hostile and sarcastic staff. After challenging my mum they stated the delivery driver would have to come out to collect the pizzas, they would consider at Pizzarama if replacement pizzas could be issued. When asking if the replacements could come out with the driver when they were collecting, this was declined by Pizzarama staff. This would have resulted in over an another hour waiting time. When asking for a refund, to order somewhere else again this was refused without someone coming to collect the pizzas for them to review back at the establishment. The staff were very ignorant by talk about my mum to other staff loudly whilst she was still on the phone. My mum asked why the burnt pizzas were put out for delivery in there state and my mum was met by challenge again by the staff. My mum told them to forget it and they would cut of the burnt pizza to eat what was left. This is unacceptable, when ordering pizza you expect the food to be fully eatable. No-one should ever experience this. For a family run business I am disgusted this is how my family were treated. Pizzarama management need to look into their pizza cooking standards and what they think is acceptable cooking and their staff conduct as they need to work on their custom service skills which they are clearly lacking. It is understandable their are policies in place but there was no need for the way my mum was spoken to or treated. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to upload photos which is a real shame!!"
