Burger was mediocre at best. Chips were cold and mushy awfully. I ate the burger only because I was starving.

We had a Sunday roast, cold roast chicken tastless out of the freezer roast potatoes, the Yorkshire pudding was like card board, terrible food.

Had a meal here today. Sunday roast.. Best roast potatoes.. burgers and fish n chips great. Excellent value.. far exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Food tasted like it was cooked in dirty oven, chips overcooked, flat beer. When raised the complaint to a member of staff the supervisor point blank refused to come and addresses the problem. Do not recommend

Rude bar staff , I ordered a drink and I was stood drinking it at the bar as you are aloud to like people do in other pubs then next minute one of the bar men started shouting at me and telling me to sit down and started swearing at me then when I finished my drink he refused to serve me a other drink just because I didn't want to sit down

I read the dubious reviews previous to dining out here..... as visitors to the theme park we had ventured in for a pint whilst relaxing in the Easter sun and saw what culniary delights that where on offer.... We didn't hesitate to return and order the family deal of a Full roast chicken, chips, onion rings, corn on the cob and gravy with an extra order of side salad enough to feed 4 adults and a toddler (and a chicken doggy bag for our Border Terrier).... I have to say we all ate like Kings and at £30 all in I can't complain one bit...! Food was piping hot as well.... the other dishes that people where ordering also looked good and plentiful. Stopped here for Lunch on a family day out at Flamingo Land. Most of the parks restaurants were closed despite still charging full price for entrance fees so choices for lunch were limited. Half term too and park was incredibly busy so more restaurants being open would have been totally warranted. Had to queue for 30 minutes at the bar just place an order for food as only one member of staff on a till and then another 50minute wait for food following that. When food finally arrived it was well below average, kids pizza looked like it had been under heat lamp for hours and chicken goujon special was like cardboard. After visiting Flamingo Land for the day we visited the Coach House (on the Flamingo Land site) for some good grub and it did not disappoint. We sat in the outdoor area which had patio heaters and a nice fresh air feel, which given it was quite cold outside was refreshing. The food itself came pretty quick; I had the chicken parmo and the other half the scampi and some onion rings on the side. The chicken parmo was excellent and was packed full of flavour, complemented with a chilli sauce which didn’t have too much bite. The queue to be served is huge!!! It’s huge because the bar staff are soooooooo slow at taking orders and sometimes there’s only 1 person taking the orders!! They switched ordering via QR code off. The ordering service is so bad, it’s stressful. Queued for almost 30 minutes to place a food and drink order. We then needed more drinks so we joined the queue again, however within 2 minutes of joining the queue our food arrived. We had 2 options….queue for 30 minutes and eat cold food or eat with no drinks. We spoke with various staff members including the supervisor but they all refused to allow us to order drinks from our table despite our food just arriving and they told us to stay in the 30...
