In reply to the owner. You know too well that your reply is a lie. I showed you my medical card on my phone. Its a shame you 're not as helpful as other staff as you 'd have alot more returning customers and a lit less complaints of how rude you are"

Absolutely wonderful experience! I had the prawn sandwich while my husband enjoyed a panini. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, and the staff were very friendly. We didn't have to wait at all. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

We didn't feel very welcome as we were questioned if we were going to have lunch before we could use the toilets. We have been here several times before and returned because we enjoyed it. We were going to have lunch but decided on a small snack after being treated with suspicion and will avoid this tearoom in the future.

Needless to say, we decided to go to another café called the Anglia Hotel. It wasn't quite what I had expected, but it was very welcoming, and everyone loved our puppy. The place was absolutely spotless and had a charming retro vibe. The food was delicious, and I can confidently say we will be visiting the Anglia Hotel again.
