The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. I ordered the fish and chips while the other couple got the smoked Scottish salmon.

Nice quiet pub with good menu. It is positioned slightly away from the keen castle tourists. You also get to hear the cheers of weddings taking place nearby! A good spot when everywhere else is packed out. Voir le carte

Friendly bar staff who will go the extra to look after you. Nothing is too much for them. Fun and entertaining, will always make sure you are having the best time possible. Drinks are good and service is quick

The staff at this restaurant are extremely efficient and friendly, the food is excellent and reasonably priced, and the pub has a lovely atmosphere. It has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite places to visit.

Popped in here for a bit of lunch after a cold walk down The Long Walk. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there was a warm and friendly welcome. I ordered the parsnip soup which was unavailable unfortunately, but I was glad that they had tomato soup as an alternative. Voir le carte

This is a very nicely decorated pub bigger inside than it looks from outside staff and manager friendly and accommodating… food was excellent I had fish pie( the pub is renowned for its pies) my husband had steak which he said was very nice but when he saw the pies he regretted his choice so will definitely have to have a return visit… meal was reasonably priced

Stooped for lunch after visiting the castle. Excellent coffee, proper fish n chips and spot on sausage and mash. One of the best meals of our trip and the best sausage I've ever had! A bit quirky inside as how the tables are set up and you order your food and drinks at the bar. A server brings your order to your table when it's ready. Wonderful food and service, good atmosphere. If ever in Windsor again we would definitely return.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant on 29/10/2023 and we were extremely disappointed. They had run out of chicken, leaving us with only one option - beef. When our meals arrived, I was taken aback by the presentation. The overall lack of hospitality and pleasantness was also noticeable. To top it off, our bill for two meals, a small wine, and Thatchers Gold came to £49, which I found to be excessive. I cannot recommend The Carpenters Arms and we will not be returning. Voir le carte
