"I was enticed with a 25% off food voucher for downloading the App. There was a family group of 7, celebrating my birthday and I was paying the entire bill alone. I paid the bill, and only once we left, I remembered the voucher. I returned and asked for the payment to be credited and re processed with the 25% off of Main Meals discount. I was told that the manager said, 'No, and suggested that I could use the voucher for my next visit '. This was a special occasion, a group of 7, including my son and grandchildren, not to be repeated anytime soon. Very disappointed with the customer service."

The food was fast and delicious, and Joana provided excellent service. She even went out of her way to bring refills for my nephew who was seated in the corner of the table.

Server completely ignored my request for all meals to come out together. Ignored my request for no sauce. My children waited for half an hour after mine came out. Manager offered nothing . Terrible service

Fantastic service from Joanna, fulfilled all of our requests for the fathers birthday, very friendly and fantastic service. The food is good for what your paying, very filling and the refillable drinks are well worth it.

The food at this restaurant was delicious, although it was clear that the mashed potatoes were instant. The portion size for the price was quite small and not satisfying. I was not pleased with my experience and felt like I was ripped off.

I visited this restaurant for the first time to meet friends. There was plenty of parking available and our waitress was excellent - very friendly and helpful. The salad bar was well stocked and clean, unlike some others I've been to. The lunchtime special was great value, my scampi was delicious, and the ice cream was a perfect ending to the meal. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent food and service. Great interaction with server, my sister got stuck in the washroom, door lock fell off, great laugh… server played along after apologizing. Food a little slow from kitchen as very busy, but aok as we were talking etc. Used a voucher, server recognized immediately and processed payment, very efficient. Good value, well cooked, Rump Steak a little tough in mixed grill otherwise very good, and good vfm. We’ll be back.
