"Im happy or even if words itself can explain how pleased I've been with the customer service I've been given by your main staff member called Sybil. She has been beyond the words of great, her personality was humble, enthusiastic and positive to be around. I appreciated the fact I didn't even need to look out for help, it's like she read my mind and was there at the right time. I really do hope TGI you can hire people with a work ethic as Strong and positive as sybil. It's my first time coming to this restaurant and the experience was a 10/10. Even if the wait for my food took an average time of 20min it was worth the wait to be around sybil. I was impressed with the potion size of the sesame seed TGI chicken strip and the Potato fries. Well done. I'm going to be honest but this review isn't just from one person 4 other tables had the similar response with Sybil. In comparison to the other clients that weren't too friendly or pleasant if we should be honest. But Sybil stood out like a star in the sky shining bright than her work colleagues. 5 star review from a stranger to the company. P.s please promote her, she definitely deserves it. I think she's proven herself to represent the physical manifestation of excellent coustmer service. Well done to her and the quality of the food to the chefs as well. Without them it they're wouldn't be icing on the cake."

What a completed delicious meal I’ve just had at TGI Fridays in Westfield London. Food… OMG amazing. Service was super and a breath of friendly fresh air. Will be back for sure

Cocktails at the bar were on point. The guy on the bar made them look just like they did in the menu and they were bursting with flavours. Lost count of how many 2 for 1 cocktails we had

Disappointing really apparently they have changed their rib supplier so the ultimate ribs are not so ultimate! I also ordered corn dogs which were slightly over done but we got 10% off our bill. Voir le carte

Craig was extremely excellent, refilling our drinks before we even had to ask. He was a top-notch server. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere with stylish decorations and cool music. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly. The only downside to mention is the prices, but they appear to be worth it for the quality of the experience.
