"Were there for the first time because it was described as quiet (Google). The service was friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to choose a table (despite reservations). There was a larger group in the back, unfortunately the table right next to it was converted into a children's table. Which resulted in a considerable amount of noise. So we just ate quickly and left without coffee or dessert, which is a shame. My meal (Geschnetzeltes) was very well seasoned and the portion was sufficient. My husband's beef roulade was also very tasty but unfortunately the red cabbage was a total failure. This was so overcooked and seasoned with spices that it was no longer identifiable as red cabbage. All in all a nice restaurant due to its size you should make a reservation."

It was very busy, so there was a long wait when ordering drinks, but the drinks came quite quickly. It took a while for the food to arrive, but it finally came together for 4 of us and was extremely tasty!

Great service and very tasty food!! Eight people came spontaneously and a table was put together for us which made us very happy. The food was great and the location has a nice atmosphere. Atmosphere is really great. If you sit outside you have a great view of the pond. German cuisine with a difference. We had a cordon bleu and the filling was with goat's cream cheese and fennel salami. Highly recommended and delicious. Prices are a bit higher but it's worth it. The service was also very nice. Courteous but not intrusive.

The ambience at the ponds is worth stars, even if many people don't even really notice it from the terrace. The outdoor seating has become more attractive over the years and the menu has also become more interesting. This time we had the vegetables with fried potatoes. Hmm, the vegetables were more than clear. This time we were disappointed with the price-performance ratio. Update: everything has gotten better now.
