"We were immediately impressed by the beauty of the garden and the surrounding context. the villa was built in the xvii century by the will of Mr. rospigliosi later became pope clemente ix. as can be seen from the photos, the context is very elegant and recalls the historical period between 700 800. all this in clear contrast with the restaurant that rises in the underlying part the villa creating an effect of amazement and surprise. We start our lunch with the choice of the complete menu consisting of 13 courses, combining it with an excellent bottle of champagne and an impeccable barol (see photo). the menu from the name “for sharpening (as stones in a pond our dreams come to afloat)” exalts in several courses, especially in theentree the flavors, the gouits and the peculiarities of the botanists that surround the villa itself involving us in the total immersion of this experience with all our senses. as I often do for these restaurants I will not go into the detail of the dishes respecting the restaurant and the same chef, but I can only list my three favorites: cholembaccio tartare with turnip buds, oysters and onion powder burned hay rice and chamomile with warm pesto of goat and pecora jus and its sour milk animated to the mugnaia with spinach leaves and tip rella of stems (photos 3, last photo). professional and friendly staff, prepared and very nice meitre. experience we recommend to all. we will definitely return."

"We had dinner for the last of the year... dinner from the cost of €80... definitely too many and exaggerated... all very little and badly cooked. It's bad. "panoramic position, also fascinating in a rainy winter evening. courteous and helpful staff. Menu with ingredients of the territory with some original and pleasant combination. Cheese at km 0 of their production that accompany almost every dish present in the menu. salty cheesecake (tartare) abundant and tasty (I would have liked the base a more compact and crispy pinch.) velvety top,good the mix topinambur,sugar, potatoes,granella.... sweet cheesecake that convinced us less even if the binomium pear/forming had a high potential (the base was too hard and biscotted. ) liked the taste of their oil production, so as the bread that was really good. account suitable for quality and quantity. Good value for money. in conclusion a place to recommend to closed eyes if you are in the area."

"Locale piuttosto minimal (ma comunque personalizzato con cura), accoglienza davvero deliziosa, dal menu abbiamo optato per assaggiare un po' di tutto, nel dettaglio: terrina calda con taleggio, radicchio, speck e funghi, paccheri con porri e gorgonzola, focaccia ripiena con prosciutto cotto e mozzarella, filetto di scottona al pepe verde e per chiudere tiramisù e caffè, tutto eccellente, prezzi già adeguati da listino, con The Fork diventano decisamente interessanti, brave ragazze!"
