high quality, impeccable service especially with small children

class elegance and sobriety, a royal place. a beautiful park and a beautiful location in an ancient villa built for the pope. prepared staff, brigade in excellent harmony. the dishes to the diners were served at the same time, a real surprise. We'll be back.

the best wine for the best price ever , the food was not all our taste and atmosphere was not very vibrant as we were the only 2 guest for dinner on a friday evening . a unique discovery, a high level experience with a chef who has been able to give the most on the natural flavors between spontaneous herbs and flavored. a local located in the basement of a unique villa like its kind (villa rospigliosi,) with a beautiful kitchen. my advice is to experience this experience.

lovely restaurant set in a villa work of art as a rospigliosi villa. The kitchen is no less in my opinion I would have wanted to never end. real dishes that have left me amazed in all creations both the scenographic ones and the other made for the palate combined with sauces all based on medicinal plants. the service is of high level you combine wines to each dish with a care and preparation of high value. an unforgettable evening

we stayed at dinner at the Atman restaurant; It is improper and reductive to define the experience dinner .in reality it is a succession of sensations of goto, olfactory, sensory in gener, that place this experience at a level other than a dinner. starting from the reception to continue with the professionalism of maitre and sommelier, everything has been treated and precise. clearly the skill of the chef and his brigade is superior to normal expectations regarding a high-quality dinner. what a great location ; Bernini house, so beautiful the staf was waiting outside for us and showed us around the house and we ended up in the celler , everything stylish and beautiful (toilets fantastic) The food was okay , but not all dishes of this chef was our style, but some of the plats were really fanastic , service impaccable and we had amazing wine for the best price ever , a Brunello di Montacino 2006 Biondi Santi for € 200 . We had a 20% discount coupon from the Fork and I never eat in a beautiful Michelin Star restaurant spending only € 400 incl.this fantastic wine. I could should give a 5/5 but........................ we were the only guest , just me and my wife .........on frida...

This was our first Michelin experience. As we arrived there was a pianist playing a concert in the entrance hall which was spectacular. We were led down to the restaurant which is architecturally stunning. Modern interiors, art work displays and an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs work. We ordered a tasting menu and the experience of the food was once in a lifetime. Every course was designed and thought out to a theme and of course delicious. It was magical to watch the chefs working. The silver service was impeccable. Extensive wine list. Because of the pandemic the place wasnt booked but it actually meant we had a private dining experience which I’m sure you’d pay over the odds f...

We were immediately impressed by the beauty of the garden and the surrounding context. the villa was built in the xvii century by the will of Mr. rospigliosi later became pope clemente ix. as can be seen from the photos, the context is very elegant and recalls the historical period between 700 800. all this in clear contrast with the restaurant that rises in the underlying part the villa creating an effect of amazement and surprise. We start our lunch with the choice of the complete menu consisting of 13 courses, combining it with an excellent bottle of champagne and an impeccable barol (see photo). the menu from the name “for sharpening (as stones in a pond our dreams come to afloat)” exalt...
