"I made the mistake of bringing my auntie here (who has come for a holiday) thinking we were going to have a nice meal out. We were greeted and served by an old man who seemed to be the manager there First we walked in and the man kept asking us what we want without letting us look at the menu properly, rushed us so we ordered very quickly. looking around the restaurant and there’s spider webs in the corners, the cutlery was unclean and the tables were almost dusty. Our drinks came and there was lipstick marks on the cups. At this point we knew we made a BIG mistake by coming here, the food came (2 wraps and chips) and was very average, on top of that the plated looked dirty and it instantly put us off our food. Thankfully it was time to pay. the guy tried to process the payment through three card machine and there was a connection error, we had 2 cards which were credit cards and for about 30 minutes he was trying again and again, he didn’t even apologise for wasting our time or any inconvenience all he cared about was getting his £20 and finally after half an hour one of the payments went through. Still no apology. Worst experience ever, we went to McDonald’s after as we were still hungry They also charged us 12% service charge for the worst service I’ve had. Would not recommend"

Very good Lebanese restaurant. We choose grill menu and it was a good option, because we ate some antipasti, salad, meats and sides. A lot of food. A little bit expensive, but you can find a good deal at Groupon. Voir le carte

Something a bit different in an Arab area of London. The restaurant is clean and the service by the owner was good. The food was plentiful. Some might think it was a bit bland but better to come out so that you can add seasoning than over seasoned. The humus and the meats were cooked very nicely especially the chicken which was still juicy.

We are regular visitors to tarboush and have been for the last 5 years the service is always amazing you can see how much the owner cares as he is always fully involved and making sure all party’s are happy. The food is amazing and great value for money and always more than enough especially with the set menu. I would highly recommend and will, as always, be back soon.

We ordered the Traditional Lebanese Meze and Grill Platter to share, along with a glass of wine. It was a great way to sample Lebanese cuisine, and there was plenty of food for three people, so we were able to take some home. The owner/manager personally served us and was very accommodating. The food was flavorful and had a touch of spice. The location was conveniently located on the main street in the Edgeware Road area, making it easy to find. Voir le carte

We visited this restaurant for an early evening meal. We were the only group there. The food took a long time to arrive and was very bland. My lamb kebab only had a few burnt onions on it. I've had better kebabs from takeout places. The prices were extremely high and they added a 12% service charge, which was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place. Do your research before you dine here.... Lesson learned. There are plenty of better restaurants nearby.

Visited here on Friday night and wasn't disappointed. Place was quiet due to Ramadan but staff were welcoming and very attentive. Had the Lebanese meze for 3. Well could have fed 5 easily. Started off with 3 dips, aubergine, hummus and yoghurt. Seved with the thinnest pitta breads I've ever seen. Gorgeous. Then a plate came out with stuffed vine leaves, and another 2 which I don't know the name of but were very tasty. We then moved onto a huge plate of pork, lamb and chicken. Washed down with a very nice glass of white wine. I'd recommend this hidden gem and will be back when I'm back down in London.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
