Poor customer service, lack of empathy after a 45 minute wait for my food, Luke warm when it arrived, son of owner blamed driver, not her fault, son doesn’t think there was a problem other than saying mistakes happen, I would advise people to avoid this poor service restaurant/takeaway

visited the tandori nights with my three children and wife and we were served one of the best Indian meals we have ever eaten, it was simply amazing. my children had the Shashlik lamp apron, my wife had the garlic chilli huhn and I had king prawn court and all were amazing wonderful and thank you. Host was ok but not welcoming Friendly took 10 minutes to get a drink despite being only ones in restaurant. Chicken tikka starter came out was just about warm. Chicken Madras was nice but pilau rice was warm so had to send that back will definitely NOT go back worst indian I've ever experienced. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I Do NOT recommend!We came to collect our food The girl in baggy T-shirt leggings socks and slide was rude and unprofessional no hello or thank you good bye just “ name” then I paid she said “wait” we sat for 15 min for 2 dishes that I had ordered on to phone to be collected at certain time. When I opened the lid it looked good but both ended up in the bin! Both looked very different and should have tasted different one might say! Both tasted like syrup it was so sickly sweet we could not tell what we were eating it was that bad we could not have one more spoon! I have no idea what was in there but I can tell you I will not return! Disgusting

have used this restaurant regularly in the past and was very happy, but this evening was another story. the meal was not very hot at all and when we said the personal (who could I add were dressed in slider, socks and sweater? seemed not interested at all and told us in the ground that we were wrong as it had been kept warm on hot plates in the kitchen. no offer of apology or confirmation, then when the attempt to pay was told only cash money, and not at every point in the booking we were recommended to be this, and so were not prepared for it. not a good opportunity to spend the birthday of my mother will not come back! oh and it seemed that the people on another table were not happy from a...
