Fresh and flavoursome food. W1 Quorn stir-fry tasty especially with the cashews and very tasty chicken in the W7. Loved the jasmine, coconut and sesame rice. Found the Thai crackers a little spicy for my taste. Delivery on time, by a friendly young man. Would...get take-away from here again and recommend to others.

So tried from 9pm yesterday to place an order Phone cut off a dozen times Website states open 7 days a week until 22.30!!! This is not the first time this has happened So as busy nurses on a night shift we thought we'd treat...ourselves, unfortunately they did not want our custom! You can't fault the food at take Thai however getting them to answer the phone and take an order is a different matter.

Food is always fantastic but no matter when we order, it never appears to be on time which is becoming frustrating. The last 4/5 occasions it has always been way over our allotted time slot and then this evening it was 40 mins early- if...you have children to put to bed then you’ll appreciate that this is frustrating as it means the food just sits there! order a delivery, it's such a scandal that they are so expensive for delivery, which I don't think about how to eat is great. I think the estimated delivery time is so far out. it's not the first time we had to wait so long. Um...fair they offered a reduction in the bill for the second time that I called, but I would have preferred the first time that I called to find out where it wasn't said 15 minutes... if they need to know that it wasn't 15 minutes.

I had the quorn panang and it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever eaten. Our only problem was that when ordering we weren’t asked whether we wanted chicken or quorn and they assumed chicken but we are vegetarians so had to throw half of...our food away, it was kind of our own fault but if there were more than one option clarification would have been helpful. Nevertheless the vegetarian dishes we ordered were amazing! So would go back and order correctly next time.

I have eaten countless meals. I have also eaten from the other Thai restaurants and takeaways in norwich, but if I get a Thai takeaway now, I will only use take thai as they are simply the best. I am a veteran traveling after. thailand was over 20 times and I can tell them that eating here is as authentic as it will. I personally love eating from the Isaan region Thai, so it is great that they can go Isaan fantasies like som tam, laab and nua nam tok on the menu with proper sticky rice with them. I also often order a curry with the massaman who is my favorite, it is absolutely divine! there is often a fair waiting for a delivery at the weekend, I have waited a few hours, but only at one occa...
