"I have walked by this place a number of times and finally gave it a try for lunch. From the outside it looks to be just another of the many Döner houses in Germany. After you enter you see the open show kitchen to the...right. Everything looks orderly, clean and appetizing. I ordered the işkembe çorbası (tripe soup) and it was delicious. The soup base was light and creamy and it was loaded with pieces of tender tripe. Juice from the lemon wedge provided just the right acidity. For a main I had the Adana Kebab which is the seasoned minced meat is formed around a long flat skewer and then grilled over coals. The meat was juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned. Accompanying was a salad (lettuce, red cabbage, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato and a generous sprinkling of parsley), two types of rice and freshly baked flat bread. Excellent choice. The service was friendly and fast. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area."

One of the best places in the region for turkish grill and kebabs. Their yufka is cooked on the spot, grill plates are served with flat bread just out of the oven. It makes a huge difference... Voir le carte

We had a lovely dinner in this very busy and noisy restaurant. Food is good, above average. Restaurant is very popular so make sure you have a reservation. Otherwise you'll have to wait for 10-15 minutes. Staff are hard working and doing their best. Prices...are above average, probably caused by the good reviews.

I've eaten here many times and that was good. but the service has expired! my last(e) I ordered top dishes there but the pommes. They weren't fresh, I guess they came from. an old teller and when I asked the waiter about it, everything I got was a shoulder lift with a matching hmmaaa thank you for not coming back!

Popped in after looking for somewhere to eat with 2 kids in Basel. Good quality cheap turkish food freshly made. Plenty of fresh salad and bread. On Saturday night it was full with people waiting for takeaway in the street, however turn over was fast...and we were seated and served quickly. The waiter stopped our tired hungry eyes over ordering and yet we still struggled to clear the table. Voir le carte

It is a place to go for sure both if you love and if you want to try Turkish food for the first time . The food is certified HALAL The place is amazing food wise . But be prepared to stand in queue for...the seating if you visit there during the weekends in evenings . During summers they have seating arrangement outside too . Now coming to food .It is finger licking good . Try Adana Kebab and Doner Kebab with rice /potato finger fries . Awesome place .

have been a few times with kids under 5 for sunday lunch. The service is fast and casual and here is a wide range of menu choices. Very large portions i share with a friend. There is a TV blaring pop videos, so we...prefer to sit away from that as the images are not suitable for our young children. That said, we brought along the tablets last time so the kids could watch their own program . usually we wouldn't do that in a restaurant, but here, with the public TV, we felt it was acceptable. High chairs available.

"Cheval Blanc is the ultimate classic French fine dining experience in Switzerland. We came here to celebrate my birthday while in Switzerland looking for a 3 Michelin stars experience. Located in the historical Grand Hotel Les Trois Rios. The riverside setting is charming and romantic. You start by a welcome drink at the terrace looking at the Rhine greeted by suited , polite and professional staff. The head chef Peter Knogl came to say hi before we moved to the main dining room and service started. The decor and interior is classy retro French with high ceilings, arches, classic chandeliers, large windows and round tables with candles. Ambience is warm and intimate. Service was top notch and impeccable. Staff were all knowledgeable with refreshing attention to details. Cuisine was modern french with Mediterranean influences, flavors were complex and dynamic. Ingredients were chosen carefully and courses were presented beautifully. I liked all of my courses, highlights of the menu were the Sardine Macaron, Langoustine curry, Red Mullet filet and the French saddle of lamb with mediterranean flavors. Wine pairing was excellent and enhanced every course taste and flavor. Sommelier was very professional and knowledgeable yet intimidating a bit. The French Cheese selections from Maître Antony in Ferrette was aromatic, rich and satisfying, Maître Antony is one of the best in the world that many Michelin starred Chefs get their fine cheeses selection from. The night ended well with a couple of delightful desserts courses, few delectable bites and some velvety chocolate. Overall, we had an elevated fine dining experience that will bring me back if in Basel again."
