Menu was not clean, ketchup and food stains, crumbs feel on the table. Tables looked old, base had not been wiped, food stains.

Went for a family of 4 the food was OK but the attitude of the staff was the worst I've ever had to endure there is a great problem there the assistant manager needs to take himself and his staff on a customer training course really bringing the restaurant down

Last, minute decision we went for breakfast the 5 of us went for breakfast. We were greeted by a very nice lady called Catrin. Ask us if we been before and so on. Been going here for years and never had an issue but tonight was the worst meal we have ever been served anywhere ever. Spoke to a member of staff about the issues and all he could do was agree that the standards have dropped and say he was sorry. This place is usually packed but it was nearly empty and I can see why.

After a 4 hour drive, arrived at 9:40pm. 3 staff members leaning on the end of the bar told us last orders had been called. Had to get a bottle of water bag of crisps from the machine in the Premier Inn. Couldn’t rate the food or atmosphere because they wouldn’t even give us a drink, but not impressed with the customer service

I don't like writing bad reviews but will if it's really bad, and today was bad, the bacon burger was terrible, no menu on table, no sauces was offered. No pepper no vinegar, however we did have 1 salt lol, I agree inexperienced staff who was pleasant enough but have no idea what customer service requires, maybe a bit of training wouldn't go a miss, bit of advice for the manager...train your staff to make sure when they deliver food to a table that the customers have full condiments just basic customer service training really Voir le carte

As it 's a midway point between our homes we meet friends there very 2 3 weeks for . lunch a chat. Lunchtime menu is cheap cheerful but adequate. Yesterday (12th we arrived early for our booking got shoved in a corner near the front door because they had a big group coming ? Friends arrived at 12:30 so we ordered 'No Fish Chips ' why? Well the fryer broke before the Easter Holidays HO haven 't got around to approving the repair yet ? So we ordered 3 Sausage Mash a Curry (nb all microwave cooked! . 30 minutes later 'Where 's our food? ' answer It 's just coming now 45 minutes later same 60 minutes later same Manager proved to be a worthless little jobsworth so we left. Many people who came in...

What a shame this place has gone down hill. Got here and ordered food same time as my sister. Starters arrived 45 minutes after, arrived cold. We had to ask after half an hour again where are the mains. The staff waitressing absolutely have no care in the world and pull a face when asked. My sister’s main arrived and so did my nephews an hour later not up to standard. Me and my mother was waiting patiently and wondered 10 minutes after where is ours, surely you should have all food out ready for the whole table. Dreadful Dreadful Dreadful. Please don't waste your time. Waited 5 minutes to be seated so should have gone elsewhere. Server asked if I wanted to add chips to my fajita burger, which I declined. Food took longer than expected, chips had been added and no side order of chilli, which the menu said it included. Server put plate down and ran, and either didn't hear me or chose not to hear me when I called her back. As she immediately disappeared and no other Server was in sight I waited at an empty bar, alongside a customer who said she was trying to find someone to ask where the deserts ordered 30 minutes earlier was.
