"My husband and I went to The Swan Inn and bistro for our anniversary lunch at the beginning of December, and the food was delicious. We had 3 courses, some soft drinks and coffees and everything was sublime. The main reason for the review though is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I find it to be a rare thing these days when you’re met with eye contact and a smile but the ladies working on 7th December were so nice and welcoming. I’ll 100% be going back. A lovely pub in a very pretty market town."

The service was great, our booking number changed a few times, and they accommodated us each time with no bother. They were accommodating for one who was vegetarian and dairy intolerant, and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Thank you.

Meeting a close friend from previous workplace. Great choice of food on the menu. Cosy table in the corner. The Swan has such a good ‘feeling ’ to it. Helpful genuine staff and food delivered in good time and more than enough to eat. Will definitely come back. Thank you. Dave Carol

Consistently the best pub in Olney. The food, staff, service, drink selection and ambience are all what you want for a venue. Four of us visited the Swan Inn and Bistro in Olney on a chilly November Saturday lunchtime. We were warmly welcomed and duly gave the menu a thorough ‘test drive’…..starters, mains, desserts, coffees…and the wide range of excellent real ales. All were excellent. So too was the service. A most enjoyable lunch. Well done and thank you.

We were a table of 15 which included a toddler and a baby in a high chair all meeting at the Swan Inn for our family Christmas Sunday lunch our experience right from booking our lunch, pre booking menus prior to the event and being looked after at the restaurant were so straightforward, staff were so accommodating and lovely (and patient!)with us all at what is definitely the most hectic time of the year in catering a big thank you too to the kitchen staff who produced great food and enjoyed by us all!
