Sushi Factory - Carte

Service is fast, sushi is good. The bento boxes are very decent too. Location is very close to everywhere.

sushi was served me packaged,not freshly prepared,the service was more busy to me purse and putty than with the customers.

As I love sushi and I was waiting my return train to Frankfurt decided to try Sushi factory California sushi box. Average to expensive price to quality. No much selection on the take away. But it was okay. Voir le carte

we have been there for lunch.All of us like to eat sushi and we wanted to give the said factory a chance.Many too long waited, no great choice and quite flapsiger service for a (also for düsseldorf conditions) ordinary price.

one of several stores in the chain. the quality and the price / performance ratio convinced me. when I see a local sushi factory and taste on sushi I have not wait long, so far always have been very satisfied in all locations!

I used to make use of the delivery service and have to wait 1.5 hours for my sushi. the foods were not cooled, everything fell apart and was finally all confused. I wanted to complain two times by phone, but nobody went to the phone. I will no longer order there as the service is bad and eating his money was not worth. Voir le carte

the first three visits were unfortunately all the same. you come in and get a tablet in you hand pressed without any explanation. even if you look through it, at least the question would be appropriate if you were already there or know how the concept works. the sishi is top and of good quality and has been worth the visit. even during eating no service comes past. they bring practically only pills, eat, and the bill.

Hi,Visited This place saterday 15 januar.bougt different kinds of sushi .Server was friendly but after coming home after 30 minutes the sushi was tasteless, dry with to much rice stead of filling , if you charge premium sushi you should deliver premium and not supermarket sushi .A shame for this place , never go back again..If you want to be sucesfull in that area you have to deliver top-quality , the compatition around the place is huge so up to the next sushi restaurant nearby.Regards

we were two and were all the time over the only guests. miso suppe was served almost cold, apologised was not. . of 3 ordered orders we received only 2, the 3rd court was totally forgotten (???) and only after demand and computer check (was already electronically billed).We did not receive an excuse. to the conclusion we calculated a tea that was neither ordered nor showed up on the electronic order, nor was served, nor was we drunk. we did not receive an apology again. if we had not been careful, we would have calculated two dishes at the price of three and one unexistent tee. go to dinner, complain three times, no thanks.
