Great atmosphere and great food during football games. Thursday quiz nights are also great, I'm there every week. The manager ensured our food was perfect and he looked after us.

Only been in once when the World Cup was on.Had a great day,the atmosphere was really good and met quite a few nice people. Beer was spot on,didn't try any food of the menu but I've heard it's decent.

on Friday night, I served on the bar. I felt a little concerned, but she made me very welcome when I waited for friends to arrive. the food we had was very good that we all enjoyed. we will be coming back

Went for my mums birthday and she was very impressed and so was all the table we all said we would go again even the children liked the food and my Nan who hardly eats anything ate the whole meal 10/10 The bar staff where very nice and help out loads

Visited on Saturday night for a family gathering of 9. 3 of us ordered the steak fondue challenge and they came out perfect! The meat was cooked to the exact way asked and it was tender and delicious. A few others in our party had philly cheese steaks and they were great too. Holly our waitress was polite and friendly and made us feel welcome. Compliments to the chef and team that was on that night as it was busy but they handled it like pros

This is my favourite place for a decent bite the staff are always friendly and helpful we just had 2 porky pigs and 2 large mixed grills(group of 4) and I have to say none of us had absolutely no complaints whatsoever all of the food was piping hot when it arrived and cooked to perfection (congrats to the chef) I ordered the steaks medium/well and that's exactly what we got so many other restaurants fail on this simple task I would definitely say that this restaurant is certainly worth a try believe me you will not be disappointed.

The summit was apparently recently taken over by the 'two for one (2-4-1) ' company, which has only increase the fantastic value of the meals here. There 's another gastro pub near this that stopped being 2-4-1 about a year ago and I was more than a little dissapointed so when this one converted I had to give a try. It 's located on the brow of the main road between Royton and Rochdale, with plenty of parking space available. It 's a traditional family gastro pub and the food quality is good, it 's not the highest, but there is an element of getting what you pay for, and it 's certainly good enough for a regular evening meal, especially as the 2-4-1 savings can be quite high.

This is a good pub, I came in for Gluten Free food and although they did not have a specific menu, the pub offered me a sheet of paper specifying everything on the menu and if they was gluten free as well as many other allergies. Most of the things on the menu were things like Burgers, Most of the things available Gluten free was Steak dishes and a few starters including Potato Skins, they was nothing I would of eaten for a normal meal but if you just want a snack while watching football this is a great place. This pub is great for watching Football, when I went in It had Croatia Versus Australia, with them having Sky and BT Sport, you are always going to find a sports game on in their. Over...

My girlfriend and i absolutely love this pub and are regulars there. It is currently undergoing quite a bit of a makeover and will be even better. The fact it is so big makes it so special. It can be busy but there is plenty of space for a quiet meal without being interrupted by kids or football fans or whatever. On the other hand when the football is on they have a screen for wherever you are sat and i like nothing more than meeting friends and enjoying the atmosphere in there. We often dine in there and the food is best described as good wholesome pub food. We have never had a bad meal there and the service is excellent.
