"The Sudhaus might well have the most dramatic and impressive setting of any brewpub in Germany. While they have indoor seating too (and a beer museum), the highlight is definitely their rooftop beer garden. The view over the town of Schwaebisch Hall, and the valley...that surrounds it, is magnificent. The food is pitched as being a bit more upmarket than your typical brewery, and it is more expensive than similar places, but the prices certainly aren't as sky-high as the views. The beer was perfectly nice without being anything special in my opinion, but it certainly tasted good sitting out on the roof. You should certainly book a table if you want to sit on the roof, especially if you want a table on the side overlooking the town."

Regionales Essen gab es keines, es ist schon ausgefallen, aber sehr gut. Freundlich und gemütlich. Die Preise sind eher hoch, aber nach unseren Eindrücken gerechtfertigt. Das Fleisch war traumhaft.

the prices do not correspond to the quality of eating. to my thinking too high, what they place at other local places, the terrace has a very nice view, so it is perfect to have a cold beer and relax. the service could also be better if the people were motivated that we not only work.

Gerne wieder !!! This nice restaurant is situated in an old industrial building. The kitchen in traditional and of reasonable quality. There are however better place in the city with the same menu or comparable dishes.Service us slow but that is not a problem when one is in a restaurant with friends. Staff is not really friendly however. When one tries to get a table without reservation one is treated like they are doing you a huge favor. On the whole the staff is arrogant and uninterested in the customers.

Very nice three course meal. Started with probably the best mushroom soup I have ever had. Beef cheeks and potatoes, finished with apple pie/turnover and ice cream. Service was excellent and very helpful with pairing a wine with dinner. There were three to four dining levels, we ate on the second floor which was nice and intimate. Was allowed to buy a beer stein for a souviner which was nice. Would highly recommend if you want a nice atmosphere and quite place to eat with great food and service.

This place is like Harry Potter's 'Room of Requirement' - just right, in the right place and just when we needed it. Arriving on the roof of this old red brick building next to the Wurth, you get stunning views of the town. We had a light lunch with a glass of Sekt, very civilised but relaxed and un-stuffy. Hot weather and sun shades, a green/orange colour scheme and very comfortable dining chairs made it a great way to celebrate my birthday. If you're visiting the Wurth, allow time to visit here too. Worth going for the view, even if you're not interested in the Wurth Voir le carte

This is a real brewery having a terrace with an incredible view of the town. when we arrived the terrace was closed (too cold to eat outside) but they opened it for us to enjoy the view. The restaurant is modern and well furnished, the...atmosphere is warm and the staff very competent and friendly. Food was very good, we were surprised by the (high) quality of the dishes. Of course the local beer was very good and we went the morning after to buy some to take home! Excellent place. I can imagine that eating out in the terrace, in summer, must be even better. Highly recommended.

"as a customer of plow for the last 6 years this time will probably be my last. I booked a table for the last Saturday night for 20.15 and was told to me when I had booked, we would have to sit and have an aperitif while. we waited for our table. no problem, this is of course Saturday night. at the arrival we were given into the wineable and a table. whether it was a communication problem between which the booking or the waitress took place, which impresses that we eat in the non-restaurant part. Of course, my wife was very moved before we even had a drink or ate. when we got our table, I had my jacket with me, by the way, nobody asked me if I wanted to hang him up. there were 3 waitresses in this night and the chefin. the first waitress asked if our order had been taken. my wife replied that we needed a menu where the waitress asked my wife if she could speak up, I can't hear her. so my wife, who is German, asked very slowly and loudly if we could have a menu, please we ordered our food and the brot and the delicious dives arrived. at this time 2 waitresses and chefin had been to our table and fell to notice that we had no serviettes. I felt that the service did not live up to the standard of the restaurant that costs 100€ per head. the night did not begin smoothly and I fear they could see it in the placement of the workers. maybe a little better training and courtesy. As for eating, I ordered three courses, like my wife. I would have ordered more, but for the choice. I loved my starter of duck leber and fish curs of seabass. the problem that I have is the same dishes that I had last year apart from some cannellini begging on my sea floor. the most important courses of venison and blackening were very subduing. my wives bite size parts of bauch gay and suck more tasteless pork and my underheated venison filet was so disappointing. the only thing that was fed on my teller, were the mushrooms, the comma cook must have dropped the black pfefferpot because my mouth burned. normally I love warmth! as for the desserts a soft and unimpressive mouse and eis with a small triangle of tuille not exactly the wow factor to finish a meal. I don't expect a damp radio from the baked cook. the other choice was stylton, port and coward. not very innovatiw. I just woke up in the 1990s. I understand that the plow has high standards when it comes to eating and maybe the menu does not change so often, but after a year and that goes for the ala carte it is time for change. This time was really the worst experience we had here. it might have been a bad day in the office. my wife and I treat us once or twice a year to a special night. This time we were sadly disappointed. I will not waste our hard-earned money when you visit the plow."
