"My children and I found Stickyweeds to be an absolutely wonderful little shop when we visited a few weeks ago. Our first impressions of the shop upon entering were very positive. It was a gorgeous, cosy looking place. The tables were clean and augured well for the rest of our visit. We ordered some drinks and cakes, and it’s fair to say we were not disappointed with what we received. Mine was a lovely hot latte, just the right strength. It was perfect. My children, bless them, commented how lovely their “super duper amazing hot chocolate” was. They loved it! The cakes were absolutely spectacular. My lemon drizzle was absolutely divine, and my children said their gigantic slices of chocolate cake were better than the ones I make! They were homemade too, so do please pass on my congratulations to the mastermind behind them. The staff were so lovely and made us feel very welcome. We shall almost certainly be back to sample the lunch menu. I couldn’t recommend this place more."

Nice village cafe in the heart of New Longton . Great sandwiches served with all the trimmings. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

A group of us visited this café today for the first time and enjoyed a lovely leisurely lunch, followed by some delicious homemade cakes.

Have visited Sticky Weeds on a number of occasions for tea and cake and have never been disappointed. Their gingerbread and lemon drizzle cake are highly recommended and are served by friendly, welcoming and efficient staff.

a lovely little cafe with friendly staff and simple but very well prepared food. I can definitely recommend the Chicken Pesto salad and the Tuna, humous red onion jacket potato. A wide selection of great looking home made cakes is available

I visit here on a regular basis with my husband and daughter. They do the best lemon drizzle cake I have ever tasted! The service is always quick and the staff are all very friendly. All the cake is homemade and yummy! Will definitely continue to come here :

Very nice cafe. Caters for children even have a toy box and books to keep them entertained till the food arrives. they serve really nice food All healthy food . Staff are really nice and the atmosphere for a little cafe is nice and relaxing. Just a great cafe

This was our first visit to stickyweeds. We would have liked afternoon tea but, as with a lot of places, you have to give 24 hours notice. We had the chicken caesar salad with crispy bacon and chunky croutons, served with flat bread. The dish was well presented if a little on the small side, but very tasty. My daughter had the tuna and onion roll which was also tasty. The place is nicely set out and much bigger than it looks from the outside. We were served quickly, the staff are polite and friendly. Would definatly call again.
