Good customer service. Chef need to know how to make medium to well done steak and few other things, over all good experience in tooting branch just because of front staff.

A great little find! Great early bird meal deal too and it is always about the staff! Marlon was great, so friendly, helpful and food was fab! Enjoyed! Half a meal photo, was too hungry

Would definitely say this restaurant is very mediocre. The mocktails were delicious and the service was good (Maaz) however the food wasn't as good as we would have liked and especially for the price Voir le carte

A nice little steak restaurant approx. 10 mins walk from Tooting Broadway station. Popped in for a quick bite and wasn’t disappointed, the food was decent and the customer service was good too. Suitable to dine alone or with loved ones. RM x

Came here because I wanted some nice steak, they served it nice in a hot plate, but the drink I didn’t get a glass and I was shocked because I had to keep pulling my straw out. Just one dessert option and zero alcoholic drinks. I found very poor. I won’t come back

My wife and I travelled from East London to try this place out. It got off to a slightly bad start, but they more than made up for it with free drinks. The steak was absolutely delicious; one of the best rib eye steaks I’ve had. The sides were a decent portion and overall, the food was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Voir le carte

This was my first time there and I must say it's my new favorite and definitely be one of my frequently visited. We had a philly steak with creamy spinach and cheese as side, Pina colada , dynamite prawns and kids meal. Pina colada was the best I had in London , steak was on point and everything was perfect. Dynamite prawns were extremely good. All for 55 quid. It's pricy but well worth the price. Customer service was great. I really enjoyed the food and ambience.

My family and I have frequented Steakout often in the past 10 months and we absolutely love it! We believe it is one of the best dining spots in Harrow without a doubt! The food, ambiance, and service have consistently been excellent. During our recent visit for a large family dinner with 15 of us, Mara took our complex order with grace and professionalism. She tended to us with kindness, cheerfulness, and friendliness. A big thank you to Mara, Sujan, Adrian, and the entire Steakout team for taking such good care of us, making us feel comfortable, and adding to a wonderful and enjoyable evening! Steak was OK, not the best as it used to be. Overall experience ruined by horrible service. Total of 3 people working on the restaurant floor on a Saturday evening!! Food took 1hr 30mins to come after ordering (it was not that busy, several tables were empty). Tables not being cleaned after people had left, at one point there were 4 tables uncleaned, and people waiting at the door for a table. Had to keep reminding them about drink and food orders just so they can bring them! Food being brought out one by one. I got my steak but the sauce didn't come till later so couldn't start eating!
