"Usually I am a very positive person and I don't rant about things but I feel that I have to warn others about this place. Me and my fiancé came here for a nice dinner but the second we walked in I felt that we...were not very welcomed in that place. We were ignored when we asked for a table and there were around waiters standing around and doing nothing. When we raised our voice, they finally acknowledged us but only spoke german to us. They had a lot of nice tables for available but they seated us next to a group of loud kids in the back of the restaurant. We ordered two steaks (we both asked for them to be rare) and side plates. The steaks came out quickly on a boiling pan plate kind of thing and when it arrived it was rare, but it kept cooking on that plate and a few minutes in, our steaks were well done. The side plates came later (the garlic bread was burnt and they brought the wrong sauce). of the steaks were fat. We decided not to make a fuzz about this (we were spent after travelling) and we got up to pay. Our waiter then tells us that he does not accept cards even though he had a card machine right in front of him and he only spoke german when talking to us. He tells my fiancé to go to a nATM and take out money and pointed us to one across the street. It was raining and very cold and after some time, my fiancé came back without any money. The waiter then points at a totally different direction and he takes off again to an ATM. The search took around minutes. Note that while he was searching, our waiter stood in the door with his hands on his hips, staring at me (I was standing in front of the place). When he finally found the ATM and brought cash, he paid the bill and we decided that moment to write our first trip advisor review. Stay away."

great meal. for just over had a mixed grill with kangaroo, wild boar and crocodile! steaks all made perfect. environment very nice too. dimly illuminated and intimate. totally recommended.

eat as from the kantine. not really imaginative. but okay for the money. ambiente a little shady and gloomy. should be renovated. personal friendly after the circumstances. there were better restaurants on the street.

I enjoyed a nice dinner with two friends there. The atmosphere is cool, because you sit in something of a nook and the room looks much bigger than it is. Food was very good, they even have slightly more exotic choices like kangaroo.

wonderful evening. the staff was very nice with my friendly (free ice offered). we took steaks and they were very tasty. hühnernuggets were also good. service was also fast and effective for a price more than reasonable. what can ask more?

The place is quiet big and nice. The price of the food is not expensive at all. They have a lot of things to offer in their menu. So, I ordered Lamb Meat with Brokoli and i was very happy with my meal. And after...that I paid only less than Euro for foods and drinks.

I ordered the ribeye steak in English way on the metal plate !! Very juicy and yummy ! The price is really good and fair ! Even getting more pricier from the last years but still really worthy ! The atmosphere is cozy and...the service staffs mostly are friendly and nice ! of put in this way ! If you are a steak lover , surly you can spend less but still with good quality food here !

This restaurant offers fantastic value for money with steaks typically below and a wide range of other dishes at good prices. The mixed grill plate comes for just and there is plenty of meat on it. The quality of our meals was alright....Service was quick and friendly. The furnishing is a bit cheap and partly run down, but then again, one cannot expect too much from such a cheap restaurant. Surely worth a try!
